Circuits
Circuits is a peer-to-peer marketplace where lawyers teach each other practical legal skills. The Circuits AI transforms knowledge shared during each learning session into tangible assets which makes your lawyers and your firm better.
The problem
Circuits originated as part of an engagement with a real estate practice group at a large law firm that had identified a real problem. AI tools were absorbing the low-level tasks that used to train junior lawyers, and the firm was facing a future with not enough trained juniors in the pipeline.
What we built
Lawyers browse microskills and book a 30-minute session with a colleague. Teachers (partners, counsel, associates, etc.) set one weekly slot, and Circuits handles the rest. The Circuits AI prepares the learner beforehand with context and questions, then captures key insights afterward as practical reference tools a learner can use on the job. What lives in one lawyer's head becomes usable across the firm.
Outcome
A live, working product, which will be piloted with a handful of law firm practice groups. We're currently working to integrate more AI capture features into Circuits, and looking to expand the platform to include law firm alumni and subject matter experts from various industries (finance, real estate, pharma, etc.).
